Vị trí này tại Jome Journey (làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam) yêu cầu bạn lập và triển khai kế hoạch media cho quảng cáo bất động sản, tối ưu ngân sách, lựa chọn kênh phù hợp, đo lường hiệu quả qua các chỉ số CPM, CPC, ROAS, CVR... Lương khởi điểm 500-700 SGD/tháng. Công việc yêu cầu trực tuyến, phản hồi nhanh, có thể tăng ca hoặc làm thứ bảy nếu có yêu cầu gấp.
Ứng viên cần có 3–4 năm kinh nghiệm marketing số, từng xây dựng kế hoạch media toàn diện, sử dụng thành thạo Meta/IG, Google Ads, TikTok Ads và giao tiếp, báo cáo bằng tiếng Anh. Chỉ phù hợp cho người chủ động, tổ chức tốt, chịu được áp lực môi trường startup và có thời gian cố định 10:00–19:00 (SGT).

Digital Marketing Manager - Media Planning & Performance

Location: Vietnam (Remote)
Description: Jome Journey is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who plans and executes. This is not a basic execution role — we need someone who can build a media strategy from scratch, own the numbers, and make confident decisions without being told what to do.
- This is a work-from-home position with strict expectations.
- Core hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (SGT)
- You might need to work on sat if things are not completed and also after office hours. (Only for urgent tasks)
- Startup environment that focuses on Real Estate ads: monthly starts from 500-700 SGD (only apply if you're comfortable with all terms)
- Online presence is tracked. You are expected to be reachable, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire working day. Slow replies, going quiet mid-day, or waiting to be chased for updates are not acceptable.
- A 3-month probation period applies — responsiveness, communication quality, and output will be evaluated closely.
Responsibilities:
- Build full-funnel media plans — channel mix, budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign phasing
- Define KPIs before spend begins and report against them honestly
- Make strategic decisions on when to scale, cut, or test new channels
- Brief creative and copy teams with data-backed direction
- Surface performance insights proactively — own the narrative, not just the numbers
- Able to optimize the ads effectively and need no needed guidance
Requirements:
- 3–4 years in digital marketing with a clear progression from execution into planning
- Proven experience building media plans — not just managing live campaigns
- Fluent across Meta/IG Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Strong command of key metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, MER, Blended CAC, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CVR, and Frequency
- Strong written and spoken English — all reporting and communication is in English, non-negotiable
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Skills:
- Digital marketing agency experience — managing multiple clients under real pressure
- Speed and detailed in your task
