Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm marketing, bằng Đại học, thành thạo GA4, Excel, kỹ năng quản lý chiến dịch end-to-end; ưu tiên kinh nghiệm affiliate, SEO. Ứng viên cần khả năng tự chủ cao và làm việc đa múi giờ hiệu quả.

Dresden Vision is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. With a focus on sustainability and simplicity, we manufacture all of our frames to ensure durability and quality.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing Performance Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategy, hands on execution and day to day optimization of all paid campaigns across all platforms including Google and Meta campaigns, as well as affiliates and other social channels where we advertise. Focus will be on running the campaigns smoothly in a timely fashion, and reporting and improving the performance.
Campaign Management:
- Manage all aspects of campaigns on all platforms
- Liaise with relevant teams to gather all the info and assets to be used in the campaigns
- Create campaigns and set parameters as per the strategy
- Troubleshoot any issues or make changes to campaigns as needed
- Test different campaigns and provide feedback on performance in a data-driven and organized manner
- Build data feeds and ensure accurate reporting on platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
Reporting:
- Provide feedback to creative teams on asset and content performance as well as platform-specific needs
- Daily monitoring of all platforms’ performance and highlight/resolve issues before they arise
- Weekly reporting on performance to senior stakeholders and other teams
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders:
- Liaise with organic search agency to coordinate
- Engage Digital Product Team/ Technology team to implement necessary reporting, data feeds, and ensure accurate data on advertising platforms as well as internal systems
- Provide feedback on improvements to Dresden platforms arising from ad performance
- Attend dailies with the Marketing Team
- Be in close touch with the Frontline Retail Team to understand customer and Dresden team feedback
Strategy:
- Decide and set up campaign structure and planning
- Stay informed on industry updates, changes in algorithms, and keep campaigns up to date with changes happening on platforms - especially across different countries
- Provide suggestions on budgets and allocation
- Suggest new opportunities in the form of different campaign types, different platforms
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Work independently and remotely without supervision while managing multiple time zones and having a flexible working schedule
- Handle all aspects of end-to-end execution of campaigns in all platforms
- Understand the product, operations, and the financial drivers
- Be proactive in finding and resolving issues daily
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Have a good understanding of GA4
- Have at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree (required) or higher qualifications (preferred), affiliate and SEO experience is a plus
- Work with technology teams to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions
- Have advanced knowledge of excel and/or other data analysis tools
