(WFH) - Khmer/Eng Language Interpreter
Join a leading language services provider as a Khmer-English Interpreter on a 12-month full-time contract (renewable) working remotely from Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, or Cambodia. This role offers a competitive salary starting from RM4,800/month (or RM30/hour), plus approved OT pay. Responsibilities include real-time interpretation, adhering to a mandatory rotational night shift (scheduled between 8pm–12am, Malaysia time), following five to six working days per week. Comprehensive training is provided, comprising three weeks of daytime and four weeks of night sessions.
Key requirements include proficiency in both Khmer and English, a stable cable-modem or fiber optic internet connection (not broadband/mobile data, minimum 5Mbps down/3Mbps up), and access to a laptop/Macbook/Chromebook (with camera, updated OS/antivirus, and browser; no Kaspersky). A compatible Android or iOS mobile phone is also essential. Candidates must pass English (AMCAT) and native language (eLPT) assessments and complete the training program.
Flexible working hours accommodate late-night schedules, but shift timing is set by the operations team and is non-negotiable. Overtime is available with prior approval. TsC 12-month Contract (renewable subject to performance) Full-Time Position
Working performance:
Working days: 5 – 6 working days
Working Time: following Malaysia Time starts anytime from 8pm/9pm/10pm/11pm/12am
Working Hours: Rotational Night Shift (It will be scheduled by the operation team, and it is mandatory to follow schedule set; cannot choose your shift timing)
TRAINING HOURS
- First 3 weeks: Day
- Next 4 weeks: Night

Salary Package:
Monthly Starting from RM4,800/ RM 30(hour) + OT Pay
*Candidates will first need to fulfill the hours that they need to produce first. If
they want to do OT, they need to request for team leader approval first, once
approved then can do OT.
