User Acquisition Consultant (Mobile Games) – Remote
Vị trí này là tư vấn viên phát triển người dùng cho game mobile tại Puzzle Studio, làm việc từ xa hoặc linh hoạt tại Việt Nam. Hợp đồng theo dự án, retainer hoặc theo giờ. Trách nhiệm chính gồm xây dựng chiến lược thu hút người dùng, phân tích chiến dịch, tối ưu tỷ lệ ROAS/LTV, cố vấn ngân sách đa nền tảng (Meta, Google, TikTok) và huấn luyện nội bộ. Thu nhập cạnh tranh, thưởng theo hiệu suất và cơ hội trở thành đối tác lâu dài.
Ứng viên cần kinh nghiệm thực chiến với ngân sách lớn (từ $10,000/ngày), tối ưu chỉ số LTV/ROAS, vững công cụ UA, phân tích cohort, retention, từng làm việc với game quốc tế là lợi thế. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức về dòng game casual/puzzle/hyper-casual và am hiểu thị trường Việt Nam. Môi trường quyết định nhanh, tiếp cận trực tiếp ban sáng lập.

Role Overview
This role partners closely with leadership and product teams to drive user acquisition as a key lever of product growth. The focus is on strategic advisory, performance optimization, and capability building — helping shape how UA is approached, executed, and scaled across our products. You will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy and influence, contributing directly to growth strategy and investment decisions.

- Unlock scalable and efficient growth channels
- Improve marketing efficiency and budget allocation
- Build a strong UA foundation for long-term scaling
Expected Impact
- Identify and unlock high-performing acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Improve key performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CAC, LTV/CAC)
- Establish structured testing and scaling frameworks for UA campaigns
- Build internal capability in UA strategy, execution, and performance analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and lead user acquisition strategy across mobile games (paid channels, creatives, targeting, scaling)
- Analyze campaign performance and identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Guide budget allocation and scaling decisions across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Advise on creative strategy, testing frameworks, and iteration processes
- Drive optimization of core metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV/CAC)
- Establish UA frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
- Mentor and elevate internal teams (UA, Product, Creative)
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on growth and marketing investment
Requirements
- Proven experience in mobile game UA at scale (managing ~$10,000+/day budgets or equivalent)
- Strong performance mindset with LTV/ROAS-driven optimization (not just CPI)
- Hands-on experience with major UA platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and scaling campaigns
- Solid understanding of creative testing, targeting, and scaling frameworks
- Experience with cohort analysis, retention, and LTV modeling to drive decisions
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Experience in global mobile markets (Tier 1 / Tier 2) is a strong plus
- Experience in casual/puzzle/hyper-casual games is preferred
- Based in Vietnam
