Mediatropy is an independent award-winning full-service Digital Agency with over 70 people across offices in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. We provide full service (Strategy, Creative Content, Web Development, Paid Media, Data & Analytics, SEO/SEM, and Social) to a diversified clientele, specializing in anything from hospitality to luxury to financial services. What You'll Do

We’re looking for a Tech Lead (AI Projects) to spearhead the development of cutting-edge web solutions, including AI-driven applications. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited about pushing digital boundaries and building tools that go to market.

You will:

• Architect and implement full-stack web applications that are scalable, efficient, and high-performing.
• Lead the integration of AI tools (e.g., Langchain, ChatGPT wrappers) into real-world digital solutions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into powerful technical solutions.
• Drive all phases of the development cycle: planning, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Mentor developers and help set coding best practices and standards.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong command of Node.js, React, and API integrations.
• Experience with AI technologies like Langchain or building wrappers for ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with web servers, database technologies, and modern development frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and the ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in English and comfortable working with distributed, multicultural teams.
