Senior Web3 Marketing Manager
Impossible Finance is seeking a Senior Web3 Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for one of its portfolio projects—fully remote from Vietnam. This full-time role involves driving end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, managing client and internal stakeholder relationships, and growing community engagement for token launches and ecosystem expansion. As part of a decentralized incubator and launchpad, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play an essential role in Go-To-Market initiatives. The position offers a fast-paced startup environment and provides the opportunity to shape the marketing roadmap of early-stage blockchain ventures.
To qualify, candidates should bring a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Web3, DeFi, or blockchain marketing, with a strong track record in executing token launch campaigns and managing community platforms like Telegram, Twitter (X), and Discord. A deep understanding of Web3 narratives, ecosystem partnerships, and influencer collaboration strategies is essential. Leadership skills are critical, as the role includes growing and mentoring a marketing team and developing scalable execution frameworks. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and budget optimization is also key, alongside excellent client communication and presentation abilities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Web3 marketing – especially in launching tokens, building communities, and driving ecosystem partnerships. You should be creative, data-driven, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Project & Account Management
- Lead client relationships from pitching to execution, ensuring smooth delivery of marketing and advisory services.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles to meet client and launch expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Research, BizOps, Tech, Corporate) to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Marketing Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for token launches, partnerships, and brand positioning, ensuring alignment with company goals and project objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive growth and amplify project visibility.
- Pitch and implement innovative ideas to enhance brand presence and community engagement.
- Utilize market research and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Community & Ecosystem
- Manage and grow key community channels to increase engagement and brand presence (X, Telegram, Discord, and DeBank).
- Build and maintain cross-channel collaborations, coordinating with the KOLs & Community team to ensure aligned strategies and effective execution.
- Team Management & Training
- Lead and upskill the marketing team.
- Build scalable processes and marketing playbooks for consistent execution across projects.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive marketing experience in Web3, DeFi, GameFi, or blockchain industries.
- Proven success in leading and executing marketing campaigns, especially for token launches, IDOs, or crypto projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and scaling marketing teams.
- Excellent understanding of Web3 communities, marketing channels (Telegram, Twitter, Discord, KOLs), and narrative building in the blockchain space.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with influencers, media, and ecosystem players.
- Skilled in budget management, with a focus on optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Strong communication skills – capable of pitching, presenting, and negotiating with partners and clients.
- Data-driven, with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
