Senior Python Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical Python Developer with strong mathematical thinking and a keen interest in AI. You will be working closely with the team to build a dynamic workflow system that deals with data-heavy operations and automation logic.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle - from understanding business needs to deployment and maintenance.
• Apply portfolio optimization techniques to real-world problems.
• Design scalable algorithms and collaborate on system architecture.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with other developers to build integrated solutions.
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong mathematical background and analytical skills.
• Experience or strong interest in AI and machine learning.
• Fluent in English (B2+), good at team communication and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with financial modeling or data-heavy systems.
• Experience building scalable backend systems with optimization logic.
