Python/Django Full-Stack Developer
Qlay tuyển dụng nhà phát triển Python/Django Full-Stack làm việc remote tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng dạng contractor toàn thời gian (40h/tuần), hỗ trợ một startup Pháp về công nghệ AI phục vụ giải pháp đa dạng sinh học. Ứng viên sẽ phát triển, bảo trì ứng dụng web, phối hợp CTO xây dựng kiến trúc kỹ thuật, cập nhật xu hướng công nghệ mới và đảm nhiệm tích hợp AI/ML. Yêu cầu tối thiểu: từ 4 năm kinh nghiệm Python & Django, từng tham gia dự án AI/ML, thành thạo ReactJS, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Tailwind; ưu tiên tốt nghiệp đại học hàng đầu Việt Nam/ngước ngoài. Có kinh nghiệm nền tảng cloud (AWS/Azure), tiếng Anh thành thạo, tự trang bị laptop cá nhân và cam kết không làm việc cho công ty khác.

Qlay is a global technology solutions provider with offices in San Francisco and Tokyo. We are looking for a talented Python/Django Full-Stack Developer Engineer to work with one of our clients, a French startup focusing on AI technology for biodiversity and climate change challenges.
Expectation for the Role
Together with the CTO, you will be responsible for developing the initial version of our "Biodiversity" solution. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical structure of the project, enhancing your skills in various areas:
- Collaborate with the development team to create applications based on client requirements
- Maintain and update existing applications
- Keep updated on technological trends for proposing the best solutions
- Design and develop innovative web applications using Front-End and Back-End concepts
Tech Stack
Frontend: HTML/CSS/Tailwind
Backend: Python (Django)/ Postgres db (through ORM), background task
Cloud: Azure
AI: RAG LLMs, Azure OpenAI
Must-Have Requirements
- Preferably a graduate from top Vietnamese universities or top universities globally
- 4-5 years of experience with Python & Django framework
- Experience in AI/ML projects
- Proficiency in Javascript, Reactjs, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Working-level proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software
