Vị trí điều phối dự án cấp cao tại công ty ITO Singapore ngành hạ tầng viễn thông, làm việc từ xa toàn thời gian cho ứng viên tại Việt Nam. Mức lương NET hấp dẫn 2,000 - 2,600 USD/tháng. Vai trò tập trung hỗ trợ vận hành và điều phối các chương trình đa chức năng (xây dựng network, vận hành, cải tiến), phối hợp bộ phận kỹ thuật quốc tế, đảm bảo tiến độ và báo cáo kịp thời.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý chương trình, PMO hoặc tương đương, thành thạo tiếng Anh, sử dụng tốt Excel, PowerPoint và các công cụ quản trị. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc với mạng lưới/kỹ thuật hạ tầng, khả năng tổ chức, phối hợp đa chiều và chú ý đến chi tiết.
Bạn sẽ được đào tạo thêm về kỹ thuật nếu cần và làm việc với đội ngũ quốc tế trong môi trường linh hoạt, nhiều cơ hội kết nối, phát triển nghề nghiệp.

SUMMARY
Client: an Singapore ITO company
Project: A technology infrastructure provider focused on delivering high-performance connectivity and data transport solutions for large-scale digital operations
Location: Vietnam, prefer big cities
Salary: USD $2,000 - $2,600/month, net payment
English: Fluently, can work with Indian technical team.
Fulltime Remote, 10am-7pm SGT, Monday to Friday. We are not open for part-time or 2nd-job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program Coordination & Execution
- Support end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs (network builds, system rollouts, operational improvements)
- Maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers
- Track progress and help drive closure on open items
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering, Service Delivery, NOC, Finance, Legal, and Vendors
- Coordinate meetings, actions, and follow-ups across stakeholders
- Help ensure alignment between technical delivery & business needs
- Governance, Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare program dashboards, status updates, & executive summaries
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Support steerco and internal review meetings with clear materials
- Risk Awareness & Problem Solving
- Identify potential risks, delays, or misalignments early
- Escalate issues with context and proposed options
- Support mitigation plans and corrective actions
- Operational Readiness Support
- Assist in ensuring programs transition smoothly into BAU operations
- Work with Service Delivery teams to track readiness items (processes, documentation, training)
- Help ensure ownership and handover clarity
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years’ experience in program coordination, PMO, operations, consulting, or technical roles
- Basic understanding of networks, infrastructure, or technology programs (training provided)
- Comfortable working with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, trackers, & dashboards
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize
