Senior Fullstack Engineer
A leading Australia-based digital solutions company in the Financial and E-commerce sectors is hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a remote, full-time position in Vietnam. Operating within a supportive and Agile development environment, the role focuses on building scalable, responsive web applications using modern technologies. Working from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Vietnam Time), the engineer will collaborate with local and international teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $4,000 NET USD/month, with additional pay for overtime, plus benefits such as 12 annual leave days, equipment allowance, and team engagement activities including retreats and monthly events.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years’ experience in ReactJS development and strong expertise in NodeJS, GraphQL, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS/DevOps environments. A solid understanding of Microservices architecture and prior experience in Agile/Scrum teams are essential. Strong English communication skills are required. Additional experience with Vue.js, Generative AI or Machine Learning, and a background in the financial or e-commerce domain is a bonus. Applicants must be based in Vietnam.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications within a collaborative Scrum team.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions in line with design and coding standards.
- Implement features with a strong focus on user experience and attention to visual detail.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle, including documentation, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with team leads on code reviews, debugging, security scanning, and vulnerability resolution.
- Handle Git-based version control processes (branching, merging, commits) in alignment with the team’s workflows.
- Enhance and optimize shared modules and components across our e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure high code quality using Test-Driven Development (TDD) and secure coding best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and explore opportunities to apply AI and ML to enhance product capabilities.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in professional ReactJS development
- Strong proficiency in NodeJS, GraphQL, API integration, MongoDB, and MySQL
- Hands-on experience in AWS and DevOps environments
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
- Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Vue.js
- Practical exposure to Generative AI or Machine Learning technologies
- Background in e-commerce or financial services
