Senior Frontend Engineer React + Flutter Mobile
Vị trí này tại BlueBerryBytes cho phép làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với hình thức toàn thời gian, thu nhập 3,000 USD/tháng. Bạn sẽ phát triển trải nghiệm web & mobile hiện đại trên React (TypeScript) và Flutter (Dart), đảm nhiệm mọi giai đoạn từ UI, quản lý trạng thái, kiểm thử, tích hợp API, đến phát hành ứng dụng trên các store. Đồng thời, bạn tham gia xây dựng hệ thống thiết kế, hỗ trợ Accessibility/I18n và làm việc phối hợp trong các sprint.
Yêu cầu gồm tối thiểu 5 năm phát triển phần mềm, thành thạo React và Flutter, kinh nghiệm test, CI/CD, tích hợp API hiện đại, cùng khả năng phát hành sản phẩm lên cả iOS và Android. Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, tư duy sản phẩm và quen làm việc async là điểm cộng lớn. Có thêm kỹ năng với Next.js, Tailwind, Firebase, AWS hoặc hỗ trợ Arabic/RTL sẽ là lợi thế.

About the role
We’re building modern web & mobile experiences for a high-impact platform. You’ll own end-to-end delivery across React (TypeScript) and Flutter (Dart)—fast UIs, clean state, solid tests, analytics, and dependable releases.
What you’ll do
- Ship responsive React (TS) features and Flutter screens with excellent UX/perf
- State management: Redux Toolkit/Zustand (web) and Riverpod/BLoC (mobile)
- Integrate REST/GraphQL, auth, analytics, and error tracking (e.g., Sentry)
- Write unit/integration tests (Jest/RTL, flutter_test); participate in code reviews
- Prepare reliable mobile releases (signing, CI, App Store / Google Play submissions)
- Contribute to design system, accessibility (WCAG), and i18n/RTL (Arabic is a plus)
- Collaborate with Product/Backend in two-week sprints
Must-have
- 5+ yrs building production apps; 3+ yrs React (TS); 2+ yrs Flutter (Dart)
- Strong component architecture, hooks, state, and performance profiling
- Testing (Jest/RTL, flutter_test), CI/CD, Git workflows
- API integration (REST/GraphQL), forms, pagination, caching, secure auth flows
- Track record releasing Flutter apps to both stores
- Clear English communication; product mindset; async-friendly
Nice to have
- Next.js, Vite, Tailwind/MUI, design-system experience
- Push notifications, deep links, Firebase (Crashlytics/Analytics/Remote Config)
- Basic AWS front-end ops (S3/CloudFront), performance budgets/Lighthouse
- Experience with Arabic/RTL and accessibility best practices
