Senior Frontend Developer
DTalent Human Services Consulting is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join its team remotely from anywhere in Vietnam. This is a full-time, remote-first role offering a competitive gross monthly salary of 50–60 million VND. The successful candidate will lead frontend development for an enterprise-grade SaaS platform focused on impactful solutions for vulnerable communities. Core responsibilities include architecting dynamic and reusable user interfaces, collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams, and integrating seamlessly with backend APIs. To be considered, candidates should have a minimum of 7+ years of web development experience, including 5+ years with React and at least 3 years of experience with GraphQL. Strong English communication skills and a background in Agile development, Git workflows, and automated CI/CD pipelines are crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is also expected.
This role involves working closely with US clients, requiring availability from 8 PM to 11 PM Vietnam time on weekdays. The remainder of the workday is flexible. Candidates seeking freelance or part-time arrangements will not be considered. The hiring process includes several English-language interview rounds with both technical and cultural assessments. DTalent supports a collaborative culture and welcomes team members to work from fully equipped offices in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City if preferred.
POSITION: SENIOR FRONTEND ENGINEER (Range: 50-60M Gross)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead frontend design and integration for a scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platform.
- Architect flexible, configurable solutions for data workflows, integrations, and UI/UX.
- Collaborate with clients, product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver award-winning experiences.
- Build and extend platform functionality using modern frameworks and tools.
- Troubleshoot API integrations and ensure seamless ecosystem connectivity.
- Stay ahead with emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver impactful solutions for vulnerable populations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in web development, with 5+ years in React and 3+ years in GraphQL (client/server).
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in HTML5, ES6, CSS3, JavaScript, Webpack, and JSON.
- Proficiency with UI frameworks (Material-UI preferred) and testing tools (Jest, Cypress a plus).
- Deep knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and fluid layouts.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, OpenAPI standards, and multi-tier web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive consensus on solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile, Git, and automated build/deploy pipelines.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
