Black Jet, a luxury personal aviation service based in Sydney and operating remotely in Vietnam, is seeking a Senior Creative Frontend Developer to craft a high-end, animation-rich web experience. This remote, full-time position offers the opportunity to shape the online experience for a premium B2C brand redefining air travel between Sydney and Melbourne. You will lead the frontend development of their responsive, high-performance web app, collaborating closely with designers to deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces powered by Next.js, JavaScript animations, and modern UI technologies. The role emphasizes precision, performance, and creative interface motion that mirrors the luxury and innovation of the brand experience.
Candidates should have 5+ years of frontend development experience and expert proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js features like SSR, ISR, and API routes. High-level expertise in animation libraries such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or Three.js is essential. A strong command of Tailwind CSS, responsive design, performance optimization, and SEO best practices is required. Additional experience with Git, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library), and backend-aware integration is a plus.

As a Senior Frontend Developer specializing in Next.js and JavaScript animation, you’ll lead the creation of a visually stunning, performance-driven web experience that defines a new B2C category in Australia. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- Excellent attention to detail in implementing pixel-perfect UI from Figma designs
- Expert-level mastery in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js
- High-level expertise with Framer Motion, GSAP, or ThreeJS
- Advanced mastery with Next.js and its core features:
- Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Static Site Generation (SSG)
- Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR)
- API Routes and middleware
- Strong understanding of modern CSS and Tailwind CSS
- Proven experience with:
- Complex JavaScript animations and transitions
- GSAP, Framer Motion, or similar animation libraries
- Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Performance optimization and web vitals
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
