Vai trò bao gồm chủ động phát triển khách hàng tổ chức tài chính, tham gia kết nối cơ quan quản lý và xây dựng các mối quan hệ đối tác chiến lược. Ứng viên sẽ dẫn dắt toàn bộ hành trình khách hàng từ thương thảo, ký kết đến duy trì quan hệ, với mức đãi ngộ hấp dẫn.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có ít nhất 10 năm kinh nghiệm kinh doanh hoặc quan hệ đối tác trong tài chính số/tài sản số, am hiểu cơ chế quản lý đa quốc gia, có thể xử lý các thương vụ phức tạp với đối tác tổ chức, hiểu về hạ tầng tài sản số, CeFi/DeFi. Mạng lưới khối tài chính truyền thống, crypto và khả năng đa ngôn ngữ là một lợi thế lớn.

The Role
We're looking for a Senior BD Manager who can engage regulators, originate deals, and own client relationships - globally. You'll be the commercial face of Ceffu: credible with licensing bodies, sharp on deal structuring, and trusted by institutional clients for the long term.
What You'll Do
- Regulatory engagement. Represent Ceffu with regulators, licensing authorities, and government bodies across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
- Deal origination. Identify and close new business with Tradfi like Market Makers, Prime Brokerage, hedge funds, asset managers, exchanges, banks, and family offices globally.
- End-to-end ownership. Own the full commercial journey — from identifying the right targets and building the relationship, through negotiation, close, and beyond. No handoffs, no committees. You're the face of Ceffu to your clients at every stage, which means the wins are yours too.
- Partnerships and ecosystem. Build strategic relationships with exchanges, protocols, and TradFi players — identifying integration and co-distribution opportunities that expand Ceffu's reach.
- Product feedback. Channel structured market intelligence — client needs, competitor moves, regulatory shifts — directly to product and leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in BD, institutional sales, or strategic partnerships in digital assets or financial services.
- Direct experience engaging financial regulators or licensing bodies across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with institutional clients.
- Solid understanding of digital asset infrastructure — custody models (MPC, multisig, HSM), staking, and CeFi/DeFi dynamics.
- Tradfi Structured Product and Business model solutioning Strong network across institutional crypto, TradFi, and/or regulatory ecosystems. Multilingual a plus.
Nice to Have
- Background at a digital asset custodian, prime broker, or regulated crypto exchange.
- Existing relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, or Tier 1 exchanges.
- Familiarity with MiCA, MAS licensing frameworks, VARA, or equivalent.
