Senior Business Development Manager

Ứng viên cần có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ tài chính, từng quản lý đội kinh doanh, thành thạo CFDs, Forex, Commodities và tiếng Trung. Đòi hỏi tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành liên quan và kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp xuất sắc. Cơ hội phát triển sự nghiệp lâu dài và môi trường đa quốc gia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Service teams.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Diploma in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years in brokerage or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading products.
Skills:
- Proficient in Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented and self-driven.
