As the Business Development Manager, you will act as the company’s pioneer in Vietnam—responsible for building market presence, forming strategic partnerships, and driving rapid portfolio expansion. Your mission is to unlock high-potential assets and accelerate the company’s path to 100+ managed properties in the initial phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a strong network of brokers, agents, apartment owners, and small hotel/guesthouse owners in Ho Chi Minh city and Da Nang.
- Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable properties to be included in the company’s serviced apartment and hospitality management portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations, close partnership agreements, and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Drive monthly and annual business targets aligned with market-entry goals.
- Serve as the key representative of the company in Vietnam, reporting directly to the CEO or Regional Management.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to shape the company’s Vietnam strategy.

Qualifications
- Professional experience in one or more of the following fields:
- Serviced apartments / apartment leasing
- Homestay, boutique hotels, guesthouses
- Real estate brokerage or property management
- Strong existing network in Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang (required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, and strongly result-oriented.
- Proficiency in Chinese or English is required.
- Willingness to travel frequently as needed.
- Preference will be given to male candidates due to the nature of fieldwork (not mandatory).
