Job Summary

AA Corporation, a leading interior fit-out and bespoke furniture manufacturer headquartered in Vietnam, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join its team remotely. This full-time role centers around bridging business needs and technical solutions across the company’s Sales & Distribution (SD) and Project Systems (PS) functions. The analyst will work closely with internal departments—such as Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Project Management—conducting process assessments, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting system implementations. Key responsibilities include business process modeling, documentation, functional/integration testing, and end-user training. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, along with the opportunity to work on high-profile hospitality projects worldwide.

Ideal candidates should have solid experience in business analysis within ERP landscapes, particularly involving SD and PS modules. Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, functional documentation, and testing are essential, as is the ability to collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into system specifications. Proficiency in business process modeling and change management is highly desirable. Experience in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting post-deployment issues will ensure success in this role. Prior exposure to the furniture manufacturing or interior design industries is a plus.

As the top interior contractor and hospitality furniture producer in Southeast Asia, AA Corporation offers a dynamic, client-focused environment supporting projects with globally recognized five-star hotel brands. With a strong infrastructure and dedicated team, you’ll be part of innovative solutions that shape luxury hospitality experiences worldwide.
