Senior Backend Role (Java/Springboot)
Vị trí này tại Inspius (làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, full-time) tập trung phát triển và bảo trì dịch vụ backend sử dụng Java, Spring Boot. Bạn sẽ tham gia thiết kế nền tảng testing, tích hợp dữ liệu tổng hợp và phối hợp với Chief Architect. Thời gian làm việc từ 6:00 đến 14:00, nhận mức lương cạnh tranh kèm các chế độ đãi ngộ hấp dẫn như nghỉ phép, phụ cấp ngoài giờ và huấn luyện bởi CTO.
Ứng viên cần có kinh nghiệm mạnh với Java/Spring, hiểu kiến trúc MVC, thành thạo kiểm thử backend (unit/integration test, CI), sử dụng tốt MySQL/MariaDB, RESTful API và tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt. Ưu tiên biết thêm Groovy, Grails, Docker, CI/CD và frontend framework.
About the Role
Our client is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to help build and evolve a new testing platform that integrates with their synthetic data capabilities to enable robust, automated testing for MVC applications (initially Spring Boot and Grails). The engineer will collaborate closely with the Chief Architect and engineering team to ship features, raise reliability, and improve testability across service and controller tiers—then expand to additional frameworks and deeper class-level scenarios.
What You'll Work On
- Participate in designing and maintaining backend services for a testing platform used by multiple teams.
- Integrate with a synthetic data system to create deterministic and scalable test workflows.
- Collaborate with the Chief Architect on technical design and implementation plans.
- Support automation efforts by applying testing fundamentals (unit tests, CI setup, code coverage).
- Troubleshoot issues across different services and propose practical performance or stability improvements.
- Contribute to service APIs, database tuning, observability, and internal tools.
- Suggest and implement enhancements as the platform expands to more frameworks.
Requirements
- Must-have: Strong experience with backend development using Java and Spring-based frameworks.
- Understanding of MVC principles and service-oriented architecture.
- Familiarity with testing practices: unit/integration testing, mock data, CI workflows.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB) and query optimization.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication basics, and version control.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Nice to have: Exposure to Groovy or Grails projects.
- Ability to illustrate designs through UML diagrams.
- Awareness of frontend frameworks (React, GQuery) for better team collaboration.
- Familiarity with containers (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, or cloud environments.
