Job Description

• Develop and maintain high-performance trading engines supporting multiple order types and automated execution.
• Integrate backend services with various exchanges and liquidity providers under stringent latency requirements.
• Architect, optimize, and fine-tune transaction pipelines and order-routing mechanisms with microsecond-level precision.
• Scale backend components to reliably process thousands of trades per second with near-zero downtime.
• Work closely with engineering and quantitative teams to implement and refine systematic trading strategies.

Requirements:

Experience & Education

• 3–5 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Golang and Rust.
• Experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) systems or low-latency infrastructure.
• Proven experience developing performance-sensitive backend systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Fluent in using English.

Technical Skills

• Advanced skills in Golang and Rust.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other high-performance databases.
• Strong understanding of low-latency network programming and optimization.
• Knowledge of OMS/EMS, order-flow logic, and market microstructure.
• Proficiency in concurrent programming and lock-free data structures.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol or native exchange APIs.
• Nice-to-have: FPGA or hardware acceleration, observability tooling, CPU/memory optimization, colocation and direct market access environments.

Industry Knowledge

• Expertise in HFT trading system architecture.
• Understanding of latency optimization across network, kernel, and application layers.
