Công ty GEN đang tuyển vị trí kỹ sư backend làm việc remote tại Việt Nam với mức lương lên tới $3000/tháng cùng quyền chọn cổ phần hấp dẫn. Ứng viên sẽ thiết kế hệ thống backend mở rộng, cộng tác đa bộ phận, đảm bảo quá trình chuyển đổi, tài liệu và kiểm thử chất lượng trong môi trường startup AI phát triển nhanh.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 5+ năm kinh nghiệm backend, thành thạo Python, kinh nghiệm với Ruby, hiểu RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, WebSockets và lập trình bất đồng bộ. Ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu về Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, AI/ML, real-time systems, tiếng Anh thành thạo.

What You’ll Do:
Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and high code quality
Contribute to documentation and testing during the migration process
Requirements:
5+ years of backend development experience
Strong expertise in Python
Solid experience with Ruby (for understanding and converting legacy code)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and backend frameworks
Familiarity with WebSockets, asynchronous programming, and high-concurrency environments.
Ability to work independently and deliver in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English (communication and documentation).
Nice to Have:
Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
Exposure to AI/ML workflows, LangChain, or working with LLMs.
Prior experience working on real-time systems or distributed infrastructure.
