Seal Labs tuyển dụng vị trí Blockchain Developer làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với hai mảng chính: backend (Rust/Move) và frontend (React/Next.js). Công việc tập trung xây dựng hạ tầng DeFi trên Sui blockchain, thiết kế smart contracts và các giao diện người dùng hiện đại. Ứng viên được hưởng lương cạnh tranh, bonus token dự án, 2 lần review lương/năm và môi trường tổ chức linh hoạt, ưu tiên phát triển cá nhân.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm thực chiến với Rust/TypeScript/React/Next.js, thông thạo kiến trúc blockchain, smart contract, lập trình bất đồng bộ và DApps. Có thêm kiến thức về DeFi, Web3, các ngôn ngữ backend khác (Go/Python) hoặc framework giao diện đa dạng là lợi thế lớn.
About the Role:
We are expanding our team with the following positions:
- Senior Backend Developer (Rust/Move) – building core protocol infrastructure and smart contracts.
- Frontend Developer (React/Next.js) – building user-facing blockchain applications.
You’ll be part of a team developing DeFi infrastructure on the Sui blockchain, where both system performance and user experience are key.
Senior Backend Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable backend services in Rust.
- Design and implement smart contracts with Move on Sui blockchain.
- Build and maintain APIs for protocol interactions and data aggregation.
- Optimize algorithms for liquidity routing and trade execution.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers for seamless integration.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience and strong proficiency in Rust and backend system design.
- Familiarity with Move smart contracts and blockchain concepts.
- Understanding of distributed systems & asynchronous programming.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn across domains.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with DeFi protocols, DEX/AMM mechanics, liquidity pools.
- Knowledge of cryptography, price oracles, or Web3 infrastructure.
- Background in event-driven systems (WebSocket, Kafka, Redis, Clickhouse).
Frontend Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web and mobile interfaces for blockchain & DeFi applications.
- Build responsive UIs with React/Next.js that interact directly with blockchains.
- Ensure scalability, speed, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Debug, optimize, and write unit tests for high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to create smooth UX.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience and proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js.
- Understanding of blockchain architecture, protocols, and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with DApps and Web3 development tools.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of at least one backend language (Rust, Go, Python).
- Experience with multiple frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Angular).
- Familiarity with web cryptography and best practices for blockchain apps.
