1. Past Experience & Track Record
Agency Pedigree: 5+ years of experience in a high-growth digital agency environment (ideally International or Tier-1 Media agencies like Ogilvy, GroupM, or major startups).
High-Ticket Management: Proven track record of personally managing >$10,000/mo in combined Google and Meta ad spend with documented ROAS/CPA wins.
Client Success: Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
2. Technical Knowledge Required
SEM Mastery: Expert-level command of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) and Meta Ads Manager.
Analytics & Attribution: Advanced GA4 and GTM (Google Tag Manager) configuration, including Server-Side GTM, CAPI (Conversion API), and custom event tracking.
Data Visualization: Ability to build automated, client-facing dashboards in Looker Studio that translate technical data into business profit/loss metrics.
3. Attitude & Mindset
Extreme Ownership: you audit your own work and the team’s work before the client sees it.
Clinical Discipline: You are hypothesis-driven. You don't "try things"; you run experiments with clear variables and dependencies.
5. Responsibilities & Roles
The Backend (60%):
Own the technical setup/audits for all high-ticket accounts.
Manage the technical "Factory" output to ensure zero errors in tracking or campaign structure.
The Frontend (40%):
Act as the Account Manager for clients
Join second-stage sales meetings with the Team Lead to provide "Technical Authority"
6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Technical Integrity: 100% accuracy in GA4/GTM setups (Zero tracking breaks or link errors).
Client Retention: Maintain a portfolio retention rate month-over-month.
Sales Support: Achieve a >50% close rate with the Team Lead
