Salesforce QA Engineer

You’ll design and execute automated tests, improve test processes, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure quality in complex, integrated systems. In addition to testing, responsibilities include client engagement for eCommerce optimization and helping to recruit new QA team members in Vietnam. We are seeking to expand our team and are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer specialist in Salesforce CRM. This team will play a key part in supporting the growth of our Australian enterprise clients (retailers exceeding $1 billion in revenue).

Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance roles with automation testing experience.
- QA experience in the Salesforce Customer Cloud
- Experience with automation testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of testing integrations, end-to-end system processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design test processes and procedures used to ensure that software operates within defined requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Clearly communicate any obstacles to raise awareness and avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analysts and Developers on tasks related to the planning, testing and coordination of release activities.
- Engaging with clients to advise on best practices for setting up and optimising their eCommerce platforms.
- Helping recruit for our growing team in Vietnam.
