Sales Executive (Sustainability/Compliance Industry)
Vị trí này làm việc từ xa tại TP.HCM cho Centre Testing International Group (CTI), hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Ứng viên sẽ tìm kiếm khách hàng, tư vấn giải pháp CSR/ESG, chuẩn bị đề xuất, đàm phán và chốt các hợp đồng dịch vụ. Mục tiêu chính là phát triển doanh số và quảng bá dịch vụ của công ty trong lĩnh vực tuân thủ và phát triển bền vững.
Ứng viên cần tốt nghiệp Đại học các ngành liên quan và có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm sales. Kinh nghiệm trong các dịch vụ bền vững/tuân thủ là bắt buộc, cùng với kỹ năng đàm phán, thuyết trình và quản lý chu trình bán hàng tốt.

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in need of CSR/ESG solutions ( SEMTA, SLCP, HIGG FEM, WRAP, GRS, SA 8000, CSR related services
- Conduct consultative needs analysis and map services to client goals
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, demos, and RFP responses
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
- Close deals and manage the full sales cycle
- Promote company services, meet the target
Requirements
- Minimally have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Admin, Law, English, Sales or Marketing
- At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience in the industry is required
