Yêu cầu ứng viên tốt nghiệp đại học ngành cơ khí, công nghệ sinh học, hóa hoặc liên quan, có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm bán thiết bị khoa học kỹ thuật, hiểu thị trường quốc tế, kỹ năng B2B, phát triển đại lý và tiếng Anh thành thạo.

Description: Role SummaryAs a Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for market development, channel building, key account acquisition, and end-to-end sales execution in your assigned country. Your mission is to drive revenue, grow market share, and strengthen brand presence. Our client is a leading technology company specializing in the research, manufacturing, and global sales of grinding instruments, centrifuges, and sample preparation equipment. Our products serve industries such as biotechnology, materials science, environmental testing, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Sales Execution
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement annual/quarterly sales plans; achieve revenue and payment collection targets.
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle: bidding, quotation, negotiation, contract, delivery, and payment.
Channel Management & Partner Development
- Evaluate and build local distributor networks or business partnerships.
- Provide product training, technical support, and market guidance to partners.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Understand customer application needs and coordinate with the Beijing technical team for solutions.
- Regularly visit key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and urgent issues professionally.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and product launches.
- Work with HQ to localize marketing materials and improve brand awareness.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Submit sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights.
- Provide product feedback and market needs to support product optimization.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in mechanical, biotechnology, chemical engineering, or instrumentation.
- 5+ years in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or industrial equipment sales.
- Experience with grinding instruments, centrifuges, or sample preparation equipment is a plus.
- Proven success in overseas market development and knowledge of local business culture.
Sales & Business Skills
- Strong sales techniques, negotiation capability, and ability to independently open markets.
- Experience in channel development and distributor management.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales, project operations, and key account management.
Languages & Communication
- Fluent English (required).
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and teamwork.
