Vị trí này thuộc WAOHire - HR E2E Solutions & Offshoring, làm việc full-time remote với giờ hành chính, tham gia phát triển hệ thống backend, API bằng Node.js, ExpressJS, Postgres cho nền tảng MarTech. Ứng viên sẽ tham gia xây dựng database, công cụ nội bộ, áp dụng công nghệ hiện đại. Mức lương cạnh tranh theo năng lực: Intern: $500, Junior: $1,000–$1,400, Senior: $1,400–$1,800 cùng nhiều chế độ như thưởng, du lịch, hỗ trợ đào tạo, và review lương hàng năm.
Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm với ExpressJS, Postgres, đam mê kỹ thuật, chú trọng chất lượng sản phẩm và có kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Ứng viên mới có thể ứng tuyển nếu hoàn thành bài kiểm tra code. Lộ trình phỏng vấn gồm 3 bước: thử thách code, interview với team, và meeting chốt offer với khách hàng.

Responsibility:
- Engineer backend systems and APIs using latest web technologies (e.g. Node.js).
- Design and implement database schema to support requirements of web applications.
- Develop tools that allow us to build and test more quickly.
- Analyze, propose, and deploy relevant technologies to achieve the requirements.
Requirements:
- Some experience with ExpressJS, Postgres, and modern web technologies.
- Strong passion for software engineering excellence.
- Strong advocate of code craftsmanship and quality deliverables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communicate well in English.
- Newbies are welcomed if you can complete the code challenge.

- Intern: $500
- Junior (0–4 years of experience): $1,000 – $1,400
- Mid/Senior (>5–10 years of experience): $1,400 – $1,800
- 80% of salary during probation and a confirmation bonus of USD 600 upon successful completion.
