Technical Manager

Biddi, a fast-growing Vietnamese e-commerce startup based in the Hanoi Capital Region, is seeking a part-time Technical Manager (20 hours/week) to join their remote team. Focused on pioneering an AI-powered auction and resale platform for high-value secondhand goods, Biddi is in its MVP phase and looking for a tech leader to provide strategic guidance and oversee technical delivery. Key responsibilities include defining system architecture, selecting tech stacks, managing external vendors, and implementing Agile processes. The position offers a monthly salary of 30–50 million VND NET, with additional ESOP options and performance bonuses. Flexible remote work and equipment support are also provided.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5+ years of experience in tech product development and 2+ years in leadership or management roles, preferably within e-commerce, marketplace, or fintech domains. A strong understanding of solution architecture and mobile app development (iOS/Android) is essential. Familiarity with technologies like Flutter, React Native, Node.js, and PostgreSQL is highly desirable. Prior experience working in startups will be a significant plus.
