Vị trí quản lý khu vực, làm việc tại Đông Nam Á, toàn thời gian, chịu trách nhiệm quảng bá sản phẩm ngành nước của công ty đa quốc gia, quản lý kênh phân phối, tìm kiếm thị trường mới và phân tích xu hướng thị trường. Mức lương cơ bản lên tới 13,000 SGD cùng nhiều quyền lợi hấp dẫn.

Yêu cầu ứng viên có bằng Kỹ thuật, kinh nghiệm trên 6 năm bán hàng trong ngành cấp nước hoặc đô thị (máy bơm, van, đồng hồ nước...) và ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm khu vực Đông Nam Á. Khả năng giao tiếp xuất sắc bằng tiếng Anh là bắt buộc.

Description

Our client is an MNC and provider of solutions and services in the water industry. They are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This role can be based anywhere in South-East Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting company's solutions and products through various channels and events, ensuring a positive representation and increasing brand awareness.
  • Manage existing distribution channels
  • Identify new customers and markets
  • Identify expansion opportunities for profitable business growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to assess market potential and demand
  • Establish relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders in existing and new markets
  • Monitor and track market expansion initiatives and performance metrics
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to market expansion efforts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Report business opportunities to the head office to follow up on business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with the brand's values and goals
  • Educating potential customers about the brand's mission, values, and products/services
  • Participating in marketing campaigns by appearing in advertisements, videos, and other promotional materials
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities and market trends to the brand's management team

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering
  • More than 6 years of experience selling into the water utilities or municipal industry (pumps/valves/water meters/pipes/instrumentations, etc.)
  • Regional experience (SEA) preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
