Encore IT Solutions tuyển dụng vị trí hợp đồng toàn thời gian 1 tháng (remote, APAC) tham gia thu thập dữ liệu sử dụng phần mềm bằng cách quay màn hình thực hiện các tác vụ đa bước, giúp huấn luyện AI dự đoán quy trình người dùng. Mức lương không công bố, yêu cầu làm việc 8h/ngày, chồng 4h với giờ PST, hỗ trợ thiết bị mạnh.
Yêu cầu thành thạo cơ bản một ngôn ngữ lập trình (Python, Java, JS, C++, C#), đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật, chú ý chi tiết, có RAM ≥ 16GB, Internet ổn định. Biết sử dụng Visual Studio, PyCharm là lợi thế.

Role Overview
We are developing a computer usage dataset to train intelligent systems that understand how users interact with software applications. As an LLM Trainer (Computer Usage Data Collection), selected candidates will record their screen while performing detailed, multi-step computer-based tasks — such as configuring applications, exploring tools, or completing productivity workflows.
These recordings will help train AI models to interpret and predict user workflows, enhancing the realism and usability of AI assistants.
Position Details
Role: OSWorld SFT
Engagement Type: Full-time Contract (1 month)
Start Date: Immediate
Availability: Full-time (8 hours/day) with 4 hours overlap with PST
System Requirement: Any OS with 16GB RAM or higher
Required Skills
- Basic proficiency in any programming language: Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, or C#
- Technical literacy to follow written instructions precisely
- Ability to navigate and work across different software tools and environments
- Familiarity with coding environments such as Visual Studio or PyCharm is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable internet connection and system meeting specs above
