AI/ML Engineer with LLM (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korean)
Vị trí hợp đồng 6 tuần thuộc ENCORE IT SOLUTIONS cho khu vực APAC, tập trung phát triển hội thoại đa lượt giữa người dùng và trợ lý AI cho các dự án LLM hàng đầu. Bạn sẽ thiết kế, giả lập và tối ưu hội thoại với API/JSON, tham gia ít nhất 20 giờ mỗi tuần, 4 giờ chồng với PST; không hỗ trợ y tế/phép.
Yêu cầu trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật/phân tích, thành thạo tiếng Anh, sử dụng thành thạo API/JSON và ưu tiên kinh nghiệm với LLM, trợ lý ảo. Ưu tiên ứng viên thành thạo tiếng Trung (Hong Kong), Hàn, Đài.

Hiring for LLM Trainer – Agentic Tasks (Multiple Languages | 6-Week Contract)

We’re Hiring for the Following Language Regions:
- Italian (Italy)
- Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong)
- Korean (South Korea)
- Dutch (Netherlands)
- Norwegian Bokmål (Norway)
Engagement Type: Contractor (no medical/paid leave)
Duration: 6 Weeks
Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week (at least 4 hours/day) with 4-hour overlap with PST
About the Project
Join a global initiative with one of the world’s leading foundational LLM companies. You’ll help enhance advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) by creating high-quality, proprietary data used for both fine-tuning and performance evaluation.
As part of the Agent Completion (AC) data generation team, you’ll simulate realistic, multi-turn conversations between users and smart AI assistants — helping models reason, use tools, and solve tasks naturally and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design multi-turn dialogues that reflect real-world user–assistant interactions.
- Emulate both user and assistant roles, including function-calling scenarios (calendar, email, maps, etc.).
- Ensure logical flow, proper use of tools, and adherence to formatting guidelines.
- Create examples showcasing the assistant’s ability to:
- Complete realistic tasks
- Identify infeasible ones
- Maintain engaging small talk
- Review and iterate on conversation samples based on feedback.
- Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency and high quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
- Familiarity with APIs, data formats (e.g., JSON), and logical reasoning.
- Strong ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Creativity, precision, and attention to detail in crafting realistic dialogues.
- Experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
- Native or professional proficiency in one of the listed languages.
