Vị trí này tại Kraken làm việc từ xa, toàn thời gian, tập trung hỗ trợ vận hành và đối soát giao dịch. Bạn sẽ phối hợp với các phòng ban (tài chính, tuân thủ, đối tác thanh toán...) để đảm bảo quy trình thanh toán, báo cáo và tuân thủ theo đúng quy định. Mức lương không công bố, nhưng bạn sẽ được làm việc trong môi trường quốc tế công nghệ cao chuyên về crypto với nhiều phúc lợi hấp dẫn.
Ứng viên cần có Series 7, tối thiểu 4-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ tài chính hoặc sàn giao dịch, am hiểu tiêu chuẩn kiểm soát và tuân thủ, thành thạo các nền tảng như Slack, G-Suite và có khả năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề tốt. Vị trí ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm vận hành sàn giao dịch hoặc hỗ trợ giao dịch quốc tế.

The team
The Operations & Trade Support Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the broker-dealer by supporting trade execution, operational processes, settlements, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for facilitating trade support activities, monitoring risk, and collaborating closely with our Clearing, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This role also provides support during internal/external audits, regulatory exams, and ad-hoc firm initiatives, all while delivering a first-class client experience.
The opportunity
Perform trade and position reconciliation to ensure accurate reporting and readiness for trading activities by clearing trade discrepancies
Ensure that daily settlements are complete by working with the operations team, finance & treasury, and our clearing and custody broker
Work with clearing firm to resolve service issues, identify processing gaps and systemic issues
Work with the compliance team to execute the firm's supervisory policies and procedures
Manage corporate action processing, such as dividends and stock splits, ensuring accurate reflection in client accounts
Complete regulatory reporting tasks, including CAT reporting, rule 606, and best execution analysis
Assist with operational compliance, finance, and new product initiatives
Continually seek out and implement efficiencies and process improvements. Actively analyze problems and implement corrective action
Assist with regulatory inquiries and exams, including document and data retrieval
Perform periodic enhanced reviews, specifically related to trade reporting
Skills you should HODL
Must have Series 7
4-5 years brokerage operations, trade support, or financial services experience
Understanding of operational controls and regulatory compliance standards
Ability and willingness to cover other shifts as needed
Proficiency with operational tools, third-party clearing arrangements & systems, and productivity platforms (Slack, G-Suite, etc.)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and operate under time-sensitive conditions
