Mobile Developer
Relia Software, a global leader in custom software and mobile development solutions, is hiring a React Native developer to join their remote team based out of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and offers a flat organizational structure and collaborative work environment. The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications using React Native, as well as performing code reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting CI/CD cycles. Ideal candidates will have at least 3+ years of experience in building and delivering React Native apps. Candidates should possess strong debugging and testing skills and be comfortable working with modern development workflows. Good English communication abilities are required to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

As a RN Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the React Native.
- Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known React Native workflows and practices.
- Communicating with business analysts and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.
- Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.
- Participating in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.
As a RN Developer, you must have the following key skills:
- 3+ years of experience developing and delivering React Native based apps.
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of state management, React Native flavors, and app architecture.
- Strong understanding of how app development works.
- Comfortable using test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance, and reliability.
- Familiarity using version control tools like Git.
- Good English communication skills.
