Responsibilities

1. About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Content Creator with strong experience in B2B content, especially on LinkedIn. You will be responsible for producing high-quality tutorials, social media posts, visuals, and videos that help us engage our targeted audience: lawyers and legal professionals. This role requires strong content creation skills, design capability, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
2. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation
  • Produce high-quality content for LinkedIn (posts, carousels, thought-leadership, tutorials).
  • Create B2B-focused content targeting lawyers and legal professionals.
  • Develop clear, engaging, and informative tutorials (video + visual).
  • Write concise, impactful social media copy in English.
• Design & Multimedia
  • Create visuals using Canva and Photoshop.
  • Design short-form videos and animation content for social media.
  • Use AI tools to support ideation, scripting, design, and video creation.
• Brand & Strategy
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all LinkedIn content.
  • Research industry trends and propose ideas for improving content performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to align content with brand direction.
• Analytics & Optimization
  • Track content performance on LinkedIn.
  • Propose improvements based on data insights.
  • Adjust content to maximize engagement with the legal audience.

Requirements

• Must-Have
  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media.
  • Proven experience producing B2B content, ideally on LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop.
  • Experience with video creation/animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, or similar).
  • Familiarity using AI tools for content creation.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
• Nice-to-Have
  • Experience creating content for legal or professional service industries.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms and performance optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with founders/executives on personal branding.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or social media analytics.

Benefits

• Salary: 1,500 – 2,500 USD/month
• Level: Middle – Senior
• Location: Fully Remote (Vietnam Timezone)
