We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to define and execute our growth strategy while establishing a distinctive, long-term brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy encompassing performance marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition across all relevant channels
- Own full-funnel performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER) and marketing P&L
- Lead audience research, segmentation, positioning, and messaging architecture
- Design and oversee a structured experimentation framework with clear learning objectives
- Build, mentor, and manage a compact, high-performing marketing team (performance, creative, and content specialists)
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives
- Establish robust measurement, attribution, and reporting standards
Your Profile
- Progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic leadership position
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional depth)
- Demonstrated success scaling advertising budgets profitably across paid social, search, and other performance channels
- Deep expertise in both performance marketing and brand strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with mastery of marketing KPIs, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing
- Proven leadership experience: building and guiding lean, results-oriented teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Hands-on mentality combined with strategic vision
