Vị trí này yêu cầu ứng viên làm việc remote tại khu vực APAC với vai trò xây dựng và quản lý mối quan hệ đối tác thanh khoản cho OSL – một nền tảng giao dịch và thanh toán stablecoin hàng đầu châu Á. Ứng viên sẽ tìm kiếm, đánh giá nhà cung cấp thanh khoản, mở rộng mạng lưới, đàm phán điều khoản và phối hợp với các bộ phận để tối ưu hóa thanh khoản. Đãi ngộ và phúc lợi cạnh tranh theo thỏa thuận năng lực.

Yêu cầu có 5-10 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh hoặc quản lý thanh khoản, kiến thức sâu về thanh toán, FX, tradingmạng lưới mạnh với các đối tác ngân hàng/LP tại APAC, châu Phi, Mỹ Latinh. Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng thiết lập hệ thống ngân hàng và dòng tiền nội địa tại các thị trường mới nổi.

Job Title: Liquidity Partnerships Manager

Company Location: APAC (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Liquidity Partnership Manager to drive business development and build strong relationships with liquidity providers across regions. This role will be instrumental in sourcing, onboarding, and managing LP partners, while working closely with the trading team to optimize liquidity, pricing, and execution.

The ideal candidate is highly connected within the local markets such as Vietnam and Indonesia, with a strong network of liquidity providers and a deep understanding of regional payment and banking landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Partnerships
    • Identify, source, and establish relationships with local and regional liquidity providers
    • Evaluate LP quality (pricing, depth, reliability, regions covered)
    • Negotiate trading terms (spreads, fees, credit lines, margin terms)
  • Market & Network Development
    • Leverage existing network to expand LP coverage in APAC / Africa / LATAM
    • Maintain strong relationships with banks, payment providers, and liquidity partners
    • Stay up to date with local market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitive landscape
  • Execution & Collaboration
    • Work closely with traders to ensure optimal liquidity, pricing, and execution quality
    • Coordinate with internal teams to onboard LPs and ensure smooth operational setup
    • Support ongoing performance monitoring and optimization of LP relationships
  • Banking & Infrastructure Setup
    • Facilitate opening of bank accounts and payment rails required for LP operations
    • Identify suitable partners to support local currency flows and settlement

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or liquidity management
  • Strong experience in payments, FX, trading, or related financial services
  • Well connected with liquidity providers, banks, and payment partners
  • Proven ability to source and onboard LPs in local markets
  • Strong understanding of regional market structures and liquidity dynamics
  • Must have a strong, deep LP network in APAC / Africa / LATAM
