1. ABOUT US

CareerRule is not a traditional training center. We are the Career Operating System for the next generation of professionals. We don't sell "easy job, high salary" dreams. We equip Gen Z talents with the Career Map, the Mindset, and the "Golden Skills" to survive and thrive in a brutal labor market.

We are looking for a "System Operator" (Junior Project Manager) to join our Core Team. Your job is to ensure our system runs smoothly, turning strategic concepts into real-world results.

2. YOUR MISSION

You are not here just to take notes. You are here to ensure the engine never stalls.

• The Timeline Keeper: Plan, track, and enforce deadlines for our Content Projects (LinkedIn, Website Pillar Pages) and Digital Products (Career Mode, The First $1K courses). You make sure the team respects the clock.
• The Bridge: Act as the central communication hub between the Founder (Strategy) and the Execution Team (Writers, Designers, Video Editors). Ensure zero information loss.
• Quality Control (Gatekeeper): Perform preliminary quality checks on all deliverables (articles, videos, slides) based on CareerRule’s "No Fluff" standards before final approval.
• Workflow Optimization: You hate inefficiency. Proactively identify bottlenecks in our workflow and propose solutions (using Tools/AI) to make the team work faster and smarter.
• Admin Support: Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and weekly performance reports to keep the system transparent.

3. PLAYER PROFILE

We hire for Mindset, not just Degrees.

Experience: 0.5 - 1 year of experience in similar roles (Project Assistant, Team Leader, Account Executive). Talented freshers with exceptional logical thinking are welcome.

Systematic Thinking: You have an obsession with order. You see chaos, and you immediately break it down into Steps 1, 2, 3.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in project management tools (Notion, Trello, Google Sheets). Bonus: You know how to leverage AI (ChatGPT, Gemini) to 10x productivity.

Communication: Firm but diplomatic. You know how to apply pressure to get things done without breaking team morale.

Attitude: "Can-do" attitude. No excuses, only solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Plus point: A genuine interest in EdTech, Self-Development, or the Creator Economy.
