[HCMC] Senior Graphic Designer (Team Lead)

Bạn dẫn dắt nhóm 4 người, chịu trách nhiệm triển khai ý tưởng sáng tạo cho chiến dịch 360°, quản lý thiết kế trên đa nền tảng digital, in ấn, video. Ứng viên cần có 4+ năm kinh nghiệm tại agency sáng tạo hoặc startup, thành thạo Adobe Creative Suite, Figma/Sketch và ưu tiên nếu biết dùng AI Generative tools. Tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt giao tiếp được, có khả năng quản lý sáng tạo, gu thẩm mỹ thiết kế hiện đại.
Đòi hỏi tư duy chủ động, thích ứng nhanh và khả năng truyền cảm hứng cho đội nhóm.

Job Description
Our client is looking for a visually-driven Senior Graphic Designer who can bridge the gap between conceptual "big ideas" and high-end execution. You aren't just a designer; you are team leader (a team of 4 members) but also a storyteller who uses composition, color, and typography to build brands. You will work on everything from digital-first social campaigns to high-concept interior/exterior marketing visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptual Ideation: Collaborate with copywriters to develop 360° campaign concepts that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Visual Direction: Lead design across digital, print, and video assets, ensuring a clean, cinematic aesthetic across all platforms.
- Localized Adaptation: Translate global brand standards into culturally relevant designs for the Vietnamese market.
- Content Production: Design, animate, and edit high-quality Reels and TikToks from concept/storyboarding to final render.
- Trend Integration: Stay ahead of social media trends, transitions, and audio cues to ensure content feels native to each platform.
- Leadership: Guide junior designers, foster collaboration, and elevate the creative output of the team.
Desired Attributes:
- Experience: 4+ YOE in a creative agency or a high-growth startup in Vietnam.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of layout, industrial/modern aesthetics, and minimalist design.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in Figma or Sketch for digital-first projects.
Language: Professional fluency in Vietnamese and English (required for client communication but don’t need to be so fluent, basic English enough for working communication is ok.)
