Công việc bao gồm chỉnh sửa, sản xuất video, thiết kế hình ảnh cho mạng xã hội, tài liệu marketing, đồng thời ứng dụng các công cụ AI để nâng cao hiệu quả công việc.
Ứng viên cần thành thạo tiếng Anh, biết sử dụng AI cho thiết kế, chỉnh sửa video cơ bản (như Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro), có khả năng học hỏi nhanh, chú ý chi tiết và quản lý đa nhiệm tốt. Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, phù hợp sinh viên mới ra trường ham học hỏi.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có tinh thần chủ động, tư duy sáng tạo và sẵn sàng tiếp nhận phản hồi để hoàn thiện công việc.

Position: Junior Videographer and Creative Designer

Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Designer & Videographer to support the creation of visual and video content across our projects. This role is focused on execution, producing engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms, events, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is resourceful, fluent in English, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance both design and video production workflows. 3-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit video content, including short-form videos, event coverage, and promotional materials
- Create visual content for social media, marketing materials, and internal use (e.g., posters, decks, simple branding assets)
- Support basic on-site content capture when needed (e.g., events, interviews)
- Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality (e.g., ideation, editing, content generation)
- Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into visual and video content
- Ensure consistency in visual style and messaging
- Revise and adapt content based on feedback
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Able to use AI tools for design and video production
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva-level proficiency is acceptable)
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Good visual sense and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Additional Notes: This role prioritizes learning ability, adaptability, and the use of AI tools over deep technical expertise. We are open to candidates who are early in their careers but show strong potential and initiative.
