About Us

We’re building an AI agent for marketing—a digital employee who can create and manage online ad campaigns powered by generative AI. This is a unique opportunity to build a cutting-edge AI-driven product from the ground up, working in a fast-moving startup environment.

The Role

As our Founding Engineer, you’ll be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying our AI-powered marketing agent. You’ll work across the full stack—from backend infrastructure to front-end interfaces—while leveraging generative AI to both power the product and speed up development.

What You’ll Do

• Build the AI agent from scratch—design, develop, and deploy core features
• Integrate and fine-tune generative AI models for marketing automation tasks
• Build the entire stack—front-end, back-end, and infrastructure
• Ship fast and iterate based on feedback and data insights

What We’re Looking For

• Startup experience—you’ve built and shipped a product from scratch
• Strong knowledge of generative AI and how to apply it effectively
• Experience using AI to speed up software development
• Full-stack engineering skills (front-end + back-end)
• Ability to move fast and solve problems with minimal guidance
• A pragmatic mindset—you know when to build from scratch and when to use existing tools

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with marketing automation, ad optimization, or AI-driven content generation
• Familiarity with fine-tuning or optimizing LLMs
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment
