Fullstack Engineer AI
Second Talent is hiring a Fullstack Engineer with AI expertise to join a remote-first team based in Vietnam. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive compensation range of $2,000–$2,500/month. In this role, you will serve as the Founding Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying a groundbreaking AI-powered marketing agent. The product leverages generative AI to build and manage online advertising campaigns. You'll take ownership of the entire tech stack, including front-end interfaces, back-end infrastructure, and AI integration—collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ideal candidates will have strong full-stack development skills with proven experience in NodeJS and generative AI. A background in building and launching products from scratch, especially in startup environments, is highly valued. You should be adept at integrating and fine-tuning AI models and applying AI to accelerate software development. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, marketing automation, and LLM fine-tuning is a plus. The role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset, with autonomy and the ability to iterate quickly based on user feedback.

The Role
As our Founding Engineer, you’ll be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying our AI-powered marketing agent. You’ll work across the full stack—from backend infrastructure to front-end interfaces—while leveraging generative AI to both power the product and speed up development.
What You’ll Do
- Build the AI agent from scratch—design, develop, and deploy core features
- Integrate and fine-tune generative AI models for marketing automation tasks
- Build the entire stack—front-end, back-end, and infrastructure
- Ship fast and iterate based on feedback and data insights
What We’re Looking For
- Startup experience—you’ve built and shipped a product from scratch
- Strong knowledge of generative AI and how to apply it effectively
- Experience using AI to speed up software development
- Full-stack engineering skills (front-end + back-end)
