Responsibilities
Fashion Design
• Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand trends, fit and preference of our customers, identifying what resonates with consumers
• Design products that are aligned with the brand’s vision and style
• Develop technical drawings and create detailed tech packs with precise measurements
• Track and monitor product development calendar to ensure timely progress
• Help monitor manufacturing timelines and numbers
• Liaising with manufacturers for production and orders
Qualifications
• Proficient in English language
• A fashion design degree preferred
• Relevant previous experience in fashion would be advantageous but not necessary
• Strong interest in the fashion industry and trends
• Proactive self-starter with exceptional initiative and a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and adaptable approach to challenges; able to think innovatively and refine processes as needed
• Solid technical expertise and know-how
• Strong design knowledge and ability to translate concepts into execution seamlessly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead projects and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Ability to receive feedback with an open mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
