Ideal candidates are currently based in the specified country and possess a Master's or PhD in Engineering or a related field, at least three years of experience in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Power Engineering, Signal Processing, Robotics), and advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher). Required technical skills include Python programming and experience with NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas. Creativity, adaptability, and strong problem-design skills are essential.

About the Role
GenAI models are improving very quickly, and one of our goals is to make them capable of addressing specialized questions and achieving complex reasoning skills. If you join the platform as an AI Tutor in Electrical Engineering, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on these projects.
Although every project is unique, you might typically:
- Generate prompts that challenge AI.
- Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI’s answers.
- Correct the model’s responses based on your domain-specific knowledge.

- You hold a Master’s Degree or PhD in Engineering and/or in relevant area.
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering with focus on one of the following fields: Power Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communication Systems Engineering, Signal Processing, Instrumentation Engineering, Microelectronics, VLSI Engineering, Embedded Systems, Renewable Energy Systems, Robotics and Automation, etc.
- Your level of English is advanced (C1) or above.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
- Ability to design creative and diverse problems, particularly those that are computationally intensive and go beyond simple parameter modifications.
- You are ready to learn new methods, able to switch between tasks and topics quickly and sometimes work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Our freelance role is fully remote so, you just need a laptop, internet connection, time available and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
