Data Program Manager
Vị trí này là hợp đồng tự do, làm việc từ xa cho Crossing Hurdles, phù hợp với ứng viên tại Việt Nam. Ứng viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, quản lý quy trình dữ liệu, phân tích dữ liệu, xây dựng KPI và cải tiến quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng dữ liệu. Thù lao từ $30–$45/giờ, thời gian linh hoạt 10–40 giờ/tuần.
Yêu cầu bao gồm kinh nghiệm vận hành dữ liệu, kỹ năng phân tích, tối ưu hóa quy trình, trình bày insight rõ ràng và khả năng làm việc độc lập từ xa. Ưu tiên ứng viên tỉ mỉ, có tư duy cải tiến hiệu quả và phối hợp nhóm tốt.

Position: Data Program Manager
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $30–$45/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to improve operational performance and data quality.
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights and operational recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align data operations with broader business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics and workflow improvements.
- Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, data integrity, and quality standards.
- Take ownership of operational challenges and drive solutions proactively.
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in data operations, analysis, or workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with operational processes and a mindset focused on efficiency improvement.
- Ability to interpret and clearly communicate data-driven insights.
- High attention to detail in managing data quality and validation.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
