Bank Teller
Vị trí này dành cho nhân viên bán thời gian tại Crossing Hurdles, làm việc remote từ Việt Nam với mức thu nhập lên đến $50/giờ. Ứng viên sẽ xử lý các giao dịch tài chính, hỗ trợ khách hàng qua các kênh liên lạc, lưu trữ hồ sơ giao dịch tuân thủ quy trình, nhận diện nhu cầu và tư vấn sản phẩm dịch vụ phù hợp, bên cạnh đó còn góp phần cải tiến quy trình vận hành nội bộ.
Yêu cầu bao gồm kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, chú ý chi tiết, thành thạo nền tảng ngân hàng số và khả năng làm việc độc lập trong môi trường từ xa. Ứng viên cũng cần am hiểu về nghiệp vụ và tuân thủ quy định ngân hàng.
Quy trình ứng tuyển nhanh gọn (20 phút), gồm: nộp hồ sơ, phỏng vấn 15 phút và hoàn thành biểu mẫu.

Description: Position: Teller
Type: Part-time
Compensation: $20–$50/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and related financial transactions with accuracy.
- Provide professional customer support through written and verbal communication channels.
- Verify, balance, and maintain accurate transaction records in line with compliance standards.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services.
- Resolve transaction discrepancies and escalate complex issues when required.
- Support operational workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational discipline.
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms, office software, and remote tools.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and comfort handling sensitive financial data.
- Understanding of basic banking compliance and record-keeping practices.
