Yêu cầu tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm về AI/ML, phát triển LLM hoặc Data Engineering; thành thạo Python, sử dụng tốt nền tảng đám mây (AWS, Azure hoặc GCP), từng xây dựng pipeline dữ liệu cho LLM. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng dùng Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen…), có hiểu biết về quy trình IT cho MSP và sử dụng vector database.

About the Role
InApps Technology is looking for an experienced Agentic AI / LLM / Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and implement end-to-end AI solutions — including autonomous Agents and LLM strategies — to transform IT Operations within Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. You will help eliminate repetitive manual tasks, reduce human dependency in daily operations, and build a proprietary knowledge base that grows smarter over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and understand business processes within IT Operations for MSP clients, then architect AI-driven solutions to address inefficiencies.
- Design, develop, and deploy fully Agentic AI systems covering core MSP functions: Backup Management, Infrastructure Monitoring, and Patch Management.
- Build and maintain LLM pipelines and AI Agent workflows that operate autonomously with minimal human intervention.
- Structure, clean, and manage large-scale operational data to support training and fine-tuning of proprietary internal LLMs.
- Develop a self-improving knowledge base that ingests historical and live support cases to continuously enhance AI performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate AI solutions into existing MSP tooling and workflows.
- Monitor, evaluate, and iterate on deployed models to ensure reliability, accuracy, and scalability in production.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, LLM development, or data engineering.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Solid understanding of IT Operations processes, preferably within MSP environments.
- Experience designing and structuring data pipelines for LLM training, fine-tuning, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working in or building solutions for MSP environments (backup tools, RMM platforms, PSA systems).
- Experience with MLOps practices and deploying models to production at scale.
- Exposure to enterprise knowledge management systems or self-learning AI architectures.
