The Role
You’ll be designing and building highly performant systems in C++ and Rust, contributing to a complex, modular codebase where correctness, scalability, and speed are non-negotiable. You’ll collaborate closely with other elite engineers and quantitative researchers to push the limits of performance optimization across the full trading stack.
What We’re Looking For
- Very strong systems engineering
- Experience writing modular code within a complex codebase where performance is critical
- Deep interest in performance optimization and a desire to work close to the metal
- Strong first-principles thinker with a bias toward elegant, simple solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Competitive programmer (IOI, ICPC) / world-class programming ability
- Experience with Rust and or C++
- Experience working for an elite quant trading firm
- High-quality education - BSc or MSc in Computer Science from a top university
