Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm lãnh đạo bán hàng B2B, đã từng đạt chỉ tiêu doanh thu cao, ưu tiên có hiểu biết ngành bao bì/sản xuất/dịch vụ sáng tạo. Yêu cầu thành thạo các hệ thống CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), kỹ năng đàm phán xuất sắc và đảm bảo làm việc tối thiểu 4 tiếng theo giờ Mỹ.

Our client is seeking a Head of Sales & Business Development who will:
- Own the full sales cycle—from strategy and lead generation through to closing deals with new clients.
- Directly manage the SDR (Sales Development Representative) ensuring strong pipeline development.
- Handle high-value conversations and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Report directly to the CEO, driving the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Accountability: Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving the company towards the $30M annual revenue milestone.
- Sales Leadership & Coaching: Oversee and coach the SDR function to maximize qualified lead generation and pipeline velocity.
- High-Value Closing: Lead the full sales cycle for strategic, high-value clients, focusing on complex deals and securing long-term partnerships.
- Strategy & Forecasting: Design and execute a scalable, data-driven sales strategy.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure a world-class client experience.
- Market Expansion: Research and identify new markets and industry verticals for client base diversification.
Requirements
- Proven B2B Success: 5+ years track record in B2B sales leadership exceeding multi-million dollar revenue goals.
- Industry Expertise: Preferred experience in packaging, contract manufacturing, or related creative services industry.
- Leadership: Experience managing and scaling a sales team and implementing effective sales training programs.
- Strategic Negotiation: Exceptional negotiation skills, especially with mid- to senior-level decision-makers.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting.
- Drive: Self-motivated, results-driven, comfortable in a remote business environment.
- Availability: Able to work during US business hours with at least 4 hours of overlap.
