Vị trí này làm việc hoàn toàn từ xa cho Sunbytes tại Việt Nam, tập trung vào phát triển kinh doanh quốc tế ngành thương mại điện tử, phối hợp chặt chẽ với Giám đốc Điều hành để mở rộng thị trường tại Anh, EU, và Mỹ. Bạn sẽ tạo nguồn khách hàng mới, đại diện thương hiệu tại sự kiện quốc tế, phân tích thị trường và xây dựng quan hệ đối tác bền vững. Lương cạnh tranh, hoa hồng theo hiệu quả, tăng lương mỗi 6 tháng và các phúc lợi đầy đủ theo luật Việt Nam.
Yêu cầu bao gồm tối thiểu 4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển kinh doanh hoặc bán hàng, hiểu biết sâu về nền tảng thương mại điện tử như Adobe Commerce, Shopify, kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh xuất sắc, cùng tư duy chiến lược và kinh nghiệm làm việc tại môi trường agency. Ứng viên cần chủ động, sáng tạo và quyết liệt với mục tiêu vượt chỉ tiêu doanh số.
About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Business Development Specialist to support their global expansion and strategic sales initiatives. Our client is a pioneering eCommerce agency with nearly two decades of expertise, recognized as a premier partner for platforms such as Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce, and currently part of the globally expanding BSS Group ecosystem.
Joining the team as a Business Development Specialist, you will work in direct alignment with the Managing Director to identify and capture high-impact growth opportunities across the UK, EU, and US markets. You will play a vital role in driving revenue through consultative solution selling, standardizing sales processes for better conversion, and representing the brand at international industry forums to build long-term global partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Lead Generation: Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new lead sources within the UK, EU, and US markets, focusing on high-value, scalable growth opportunities.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company at international conferences and business events to establish brand authority and actively acquire high-quality leads.
- Strategic Market Analysis: Perform continuous research on market trends and competitor activities to identify new acquisition channels and partnership possibilities.
- Consultative Sales Excellence: Drive revenue by delivering customized eCommerce solutions that address specific client business goals and digital challenges.
- Account Expansion: Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell strategies by advising clients on supplementary services and long-term growth subscriptions.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for global clients, nurturing durable and trust-based professional relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with Marketing, Partnerships, and Development teams to ensure a seamless transition from the initial pitch to project delivery.
- Process Optimization: Implement and maintain standardized sales procedures to improve overall conversion rates and pipeline efficiency.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide the management team with transparent reports on pipeline progress, consulting activities, and actionable market insights.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related commercial growth roles.
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, etc.), and international market dynamics are a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.
- Core Competencies: Results-oriented with a proactive, creative approach to problem-solving and a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Agency Background: Prior experience working within an eCommerce agency environment is highly advantageous.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable business consulting strategies.
