Business Development Lead | Creator huntor Lead - creators industry/partnership and user growth
Bạn sẽ làm việc tại Gank (Việt Nam, làm việc từ xa), đảm nhiệm hợp đồng full-time với mức lương hấp dẫn từ 18-30 triệu/tháng. Công việc tập trung xây dựng, liên hệ và tuyển dụng creator (cosplayer, streamer, VTuber, influencer...) cũng như quản lý team outsource 2-3 người để phát triển nguồn lực và hỗ trợ onboard creator trên nền tảng.
Yêu cầu gồm 2-5 năm kinh nghiệm lĩnh vực Creator, hiểu biết về các mô hình doanh thu trong creator economy, kỹ năng sales/đàm phán tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt. Phù hợp cho những ai yêu thích phát triển cộng đồng Creator tại Việt Nam.

Responsibilities

Find and Recruit Creators (50%)
- Research, find, and build a database of ideal creator profiles (e.g., cosplayers, streamers, VTubers, lifestyle influencers, etc.).
- Directly contact creators and recruit them to be on Gank.
- Negotiate agreements or contracts with creators for long-term partnership.

Onboarding Creators on Gank (30%)
- Support creators to activate accounts on Gank and help them start earning.
- Manage Outsourced Hunter Supporter Team
- Build an outsourced team including 2-3 members to find more qualified creators and onboard them on Gank.
Requirements
- Salary: 18-30M monthly
- 2-5 years of experience in the Creator industry, working with Cosplayers, Livestreamers, VTubers, Gamers, Lifestyle Influencers, etc.
- Understanding of the creator economy and its monetization models (donations, memberships, digital content, etc.)
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Sales and negotiation skills for recruiting Creators
