Business Development Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Business Development professional to take ownership of the recruitment, onboarding, and management of agencies and partners in our fast-growing online entertainment platform (game, voice, or live streaming app). You’ll be at the core of expanding our agency network, supporting them from day one, ensuring sustainable growth through strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and hands-on coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency & Partner Recruitment
- Source and attract agencies and partners through online channels, communities, and targeted outreach.
- Evaluate potential and capacity of each agency/partner based on performance criteria.
- Onboarding & Training
- Conduct detailed training sessions for new partners.
- Provide hands-on support to all new agencies for their first month.
- Relationship Management & Support
- Regularly check in and respond to questions or issues raised by agencies/partners.
- Handle unexpected or sensitive cases with discretion.
- Community Management & Support
- Assist with team to arrange the PGC content and participant of Host.
- Stand-by to assist with community team arrangements.
- Data Management
- Change and update accurate operational data for tracking and decision-making.
- Ensure careful handling of all management-related records.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor trends, features, and policies of competing platforms.
- Provide comparative insights to improve app offerings.
- Performance Evaluation
- Analyze partner performance and growth to identify opportunities.
- Create a sense of connection, trust, and motivation with agencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies.
- Support other BD projects and contribute to a growth-focused environment.
- Strategic Input & Reporting
- Provide regular reports on partner activity and major updates.
- Offer suggestions for improving operations, retention, and growth.
- Flag urgent situations that require escalation.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in business development or similar roles (experience in gaming/entertainment apps preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven, curious, and eager to take ownership of work.
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems in the digital entertainment space is a bonus.
