GEN là startup AI với môi trường làm việc 100% remote, tuyển dụng vị trí backend Python tại Việt Nam. Ứng viên sẽ tham gia phát triển hệ thống backend scalable, xây dựng API, tích hợp dữ liệu AI, triển khai sản phẩm mới cùng đội ngũ sáng lập. Thu nhập cạnh tranh, chế độ linh hoạt, trực tiếp làm việc với chuyên gia và đồng sáng lập.
Yêu cầu có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm Python backend, thành thạo FastAPI, Flask hoặc Django, giỏi PostgreSQL, Docker, Microservices. Kỹ năng quản lý version với Git, hiểu biết về WebSockets, async, kĩ năng tiếng Anh tốt và sẵn sàng làm việc độc lập ở môi trường tăng trưởng nhanh.

What You’ll Do
- Design and build robust, scalable backend services using Python.
- Develop RESTful APIs and real-time communication layers (e.g., WebSockets) to support AI agent interactions.
- Work with FastAPI and/or Flask to orchestrate services and data pipelines.
- Integrate vector databases, LLM APIs, and microservices into a cohesive backend infrastructure.
- Own features end-to-end—from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and front-end developers to transform cutting-edge ideas into production-grade systems.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code using modern development practices.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with peers.
What You Bring
- Required:
- 3+ years of backend development experience with Python.
- Expert-level experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience writing optimized queries.
- Experience with Docker, Microservices, and version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with WebSockets, asynchronous programming, and high-concurrency environments.
- Ability to work independently and deliver in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English (communication and documentation).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows, LangChain, or working with LLMs.
- Prior experience working on real-time systems or distributed infrastructure.
